Please be advised that payment processing days will change effective August 1, 2026. BCBSAZ Health Choice and BCBSAZ Health Choice Pathway payments will be issued on Mondays and Thursdays. ACA Standard Health with Health Choice payments will be issued on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you have any questions regarding this change, please contact your Provider Performance Representative (PPR).
Effective August 1, 2026, members on the ACA StandardHealth with Health Choice plan are no longer required to select or be assigned a Primary Care Provider (PCP). Members may see any in-network PCP, but an in-network PCP referral is still required for covered specialist services that require one.
